Although located in the vicinity of Tokyo, Yoshikawa was, up until a few
years ago, a rural rice-cultivating area. Even after the legislative change
to the current municipal system, coupled with urbanization, one can
still find the scenery of the four-seasons that has long embraced the
area.
The four-seasons of the city of Yoshikawa are the tapestry of the
beauty fabricated by wonderful Mother Nature and are a reflection of
the smiling and cheerful faces of the people living here.
